CALLANDER JAZZ & BLUES FESTIVAL 2008

Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October

Now established as one of Scotland’s prestigious annual events, this year’s festival is going to be bigger and better than ever.

With more over 100  national and international artists from the worlds of Jazzs and  Blues, the  three days of top-class entertainment promises to have  something for everyone.

Festival looks to expansion in 08

As well as an increase in the number of  performers,  this year  will  also see the festival move out from it's traditional Callander base to include venues in places such as Aberfoyle and the surrounding district, making it a truly Trossachs-wide weekend.

Graham Oliphant , the festival's organiser,  said;   " It has always been the aim of the Festival Company to include as much of the Trossachs area as we could  and this year  we are delighted be able to expand our venue list to do just that."
